1. To participate in this promotion, users must complete all of the following (a,b and c):
a. ‘Like’ this Instagram post.
b. ‘Tag’ two other users in the comments of this post.
c. ‘Follow’ @the_home_co on Instagram.

2. This promotion will run until 23:59 GMT on Thursday 31st October 2024. Any entries made after this point will not be accepted. Entries can be submitted as outlined in the above clause (1) only.

3. There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random on Saturday 2nd November 2024, who has fulfilled the criteria in clause (1) above.

4. The winner will be announced and their Instagram username will be tagged on
Instagram Stories by The Home Company Skipton (@thehomecompanyskipton) on Saturday 2nd November 2024 at 11:00 GMT.

5. This promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom - this includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

6. The promoter, The Home Company Skipton, will offer free home delivery of the prize to any winner located within a 30 mile radius of postcode BD23 1NL. Any winner located outside of this radius will need to collect the prize from BD23 1NL or provide their own transport for delivery of the prize.

7. The prize consists of 1 Alstons Cleveland two seater sofa in Blue Herringbone fabric,worth £1,285.00.

8. The winner will need to provide their email address, contact phone number and home address to the promoter, The Home Company Skipton, as instructed at the time of being announced as the winner. Further details will then be provided by the promoter, The Home Company Skipton on how to claim the prize.

9. The promoter, The Home Company Skipton reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

10. Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Instagram account, the first entry only will be accepted.
